I have long held the belief that maintaining the same routine each day makes me happy.
It has served its purpose.
I have discovered how change makes me much happier.
I have found through routine moral inventories I get to change what no longer serves my highest good.
When my physical progress stagnates, I change my gym routines and I feel stronger.
When my spiritual growth feels numb, I alter my ceremonies and I feel reconnected.
As I make these changes consistently, my overall well-being increases.
As I feel better, I get to do and be better.
May each of you allow yourself the gift of change through consistency.
You are Love and Loved.
